Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Clients must complete the online ‘Join the Pack’ form to provide information on the services they are looking for and allow our staff to create a customised walking or training plan for their dog.

Clients must pay the full session fee in advance to secure their session. If the fee is not paid in advance the time slot will not be confirmed and the client may lose this time slot for another booking.

Multiple bookings can be made at once, package bookings must be paid in advance and cannot be paid week to week.

Multiple dogs from the same household may be requested for training bookings at the same time, however this does require that each dog be booked in for their own training session. School Walk and School Adventure sessions are not subject to this clause.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Cancellation fees are incurred if the client cancels or reschedules a session within 24 hours of the agreed upon session time.

The cancellation fee totals half of the full fee of the session, the remainder may be refunded to the client or can be used as credit towards another session if agreed upon.

Our staff reserve the right to cancel a session at any time before or during the booking should there be a reasonable risk to their safety, the dog’s safety or other’s safety for any reason including but not limited to health reasons, inappropriate client conduct, aggression or problematic behaviour of the dog towards staff or other dogs. The client will be eligible for a refund totalling half of the full fee of the session if cancelled within 24 hours but is not eligible for a refund if the booking is cancelled during the session.

No Show Terms & Conditions

A no show is determined when a client does not arrive at the agreed upon location within 15 minutes of the session start time and does not contact staff to let them know if they are running late. In the case of a no show, the full fee is taken, staff may leave the meet up location and the client is not eligible for a refund.

If a client is running late they must contact us within 15 minutes of the session start time to ensure a no show is not determined. If a client is running late, the session will run as originally scheduled and will end at the originally scheduled finish time. Clients are not eligible for a full or partial refund if the client is running late.

In the event that a staff member is running late, they will make contact with the client as soon as possible. The session may be extended to ensure the full session time is received or rescheduled at the client’s request. If a session extension to meet the full session time or reschedule is not possible the full fee is eligible to be refunded to the client or used as credit towards another session.

Weather Terms & Conditions

We will endeavour to safely work through all weather and alter sessions to allow safe conditions, however this must be deemed as safe for our staff, dogs and clients.

Weather conditions such as rain, storms, wind, heat and cold as well any resulting risks (inclusive of flash flooding and debris) will be taken into account and our staff will determine if the session is safe to proceed, must be altered or must be rescheduled.

In the event that a session is not possible to be safely conducted, the client will be contacted immediately and offered a rescheduled session time.

Liability

Buddy and individual staff members accept no responsibility for any illness, injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever that may occur to any dog, person, item or property whilst in the care of Buddy staff.

The client accepts all risks and any financial responsibility for their dog, themselves an item or property if an incident were to occur.

The client understands that their equipment will be checked for suitability and safety upon the start of their session to minimise risks and may be asked to change equipment if deemed unsafe for the session.

Photos & Media

During all sessions photos and videos will be taken and these remain as property of Buddy and may be replicated for promotion, social media and website images.

Should a client wish to not be photographed or filmed for any reason this must be communicated prior to the session.

Marketing

Clients agree to receive all email marketing campaigns including but not limited to newsletter, promotions, discount offers and updates etc.
